"Growing up, my grandmother used to design dresses for me, and my mother always ensured I was dressed to impress. From a young age, I understood that the way you present yourself can influence how you feel. Later, as I studied nutrition, I realised that food plays a similar role. When you eat well, you radiate confidence from within, and that reflects in the way you carry yourself."

"Think about it, when you nourish your body with wholesome food, you feel energised, your skin glows, and your posture improves. On the other hand, when you wear an outfit that truly represents you, you walk taller and feel unstoppable. That is why I combine both in my work. I help people not only eat better but also dress in a way that makes them feel powerful."

"I noticed that the wellness industry was so focused on numbers—calories, macros, weight loss—while the fashion world was all about trends and exclusivity. Yet, no one was addressing how these two industries could work together to help people feel truly good about themselves."
This realisation led to the creation of her brand, which seamlessly merges tailored nutrition plans with styling advice, equipping people with the tools to step into the best version of themselves. Whether it is guiding clients on dressing for their body type or providing nutrition strategies that align with their lifestyle, Btoul has built a brand that makes transformation both accessible and exciting.

With experience working in major hospitals across Lebanon and Syria, Btoul’s leadership style is built on teamwork, adaptability, and trust. "When you work in healthcare, you quickly realise that no one succeeds alone. You have to listen, collaborate, and learn from those around you. That mindset has carried over into my business. I trust my team, I value different perspectives, and I am always open to learning."

Merging two seemingly different industries was not without its challenges. Initially, scepticism was a major hurdle. "People thought I was crazy! The nutrition world was all about numbers and science, while fashion was perceived as purely aesthetic. But I knew that if I could show people the transformation, how good they feel when these two elements come together—they would eventually understand."
Rather than attempting to convince people with words, Btoul allowed the results to speak for themselves. "I focused on real transformations, clients who not only achieved their health goals but also discovered a newfound confidence in the way they dressed and carried themselves. Once people saw the difference, they started paying attention."
The Future of Fashion and Nutrition
As trends evolve, Btoul stays ahead of the curve by continuously learning and embracing new innovations. "I believe the future is all about personalisation.
